2 panel comic about flower, flour and monsters. Of course.
I have no idea where this comic came from. I awoke today and it demanded to be drawn. Inks are terrible, but I'm trying to get over my phobia of using large swathes of black,

PS This is exactly how we were taught it in school. Except for the monster, of course.

This reminds me of when I moved to Canada for graduate school and people made fun of how I said certain vowels, namely the first one in "tower." Like your monster, I say "taaaah-wer" ('cause I'm from the US midwest), whereas my new Canadian pals usually said "toe-wer." But never fear, the mocking went both directions, especially when they insisted they do not say "eh?" at the end of sentences even though they most decidedly did.

Ah, language. I love you so.

Oh, those wacky Canucks, with their horse-riding, red wearing police you can spot from a mile away, and their William Shatner.

(And thank you for reminding me of this strip. As I recall I had a whole series planned for this character that I've probably forgotten all the details of.)
