For this cover of The Post Atomic Horror Podcast’s eighth supplemental episode, I chose to focus on the character of Dr. Beverly Crusher. The podcast is known for its light take on all things Star Trek, giving new nicknames to every character and weaving bizarre convoluted backstories for them. So my cover featured several show in-jokes, such as her PAH-given nickname “Bevers” and the fact that Gates McFadden, the actress who portrays her, was once a puppeteer.
